Currently we are preparing the detailed information that will be sent out to all the owners. A ballot will be mailed to every owner with candidates running for the board of directors positions. We are contacting all the owners to determine if there are any that wish to run for the board of directors at the annual meeting. If you are interested in running, and would like to have your name placed on the ballot, please fill out the enclosed nomination form and return it to lindsey@heywoodmanagement.com or mail to the address listed above. To be considered as a candidate, you must be current with your HOA dues and must not have any outstanding violations. There are 4 open positions on the board; nominees must be present at the annual meeting. All written requests to be placed on the ballot must be received in our office no later than 5:00 PM, March 31, 2021, to facilitate the printing and distributing of the information for the meeting. We appreciate your anticipated cooperation with this matter.
