We received the following notice from the community landscapers, who walked through Brittany Lane with the Board President and Property Manager to review the condition of the landscaping:

Hi Chad,

Thanks for taking the time to walk the property with us today.

This is a tough time of year for the turf and this year is especially tough due to a couple of reasons.

The main thing is the turf transition. The weather has been very strange this year and your ryegrass is dying out. This was complicated by a few mainline leaks where the water had to be shut off for a few days.

As we discussed in our initial walkthrough, the property was covered in turf weeds. Turf weeds are tough because they are green and look better than no grass, but they also kill out the grass. We sprayed all turf weeds in February and as the grass transitions, you will notice that where there were weeds you will now have bare spots. Short term this looks bad, but long term it will be much better for the health of the grass, especially the summer grass.

As you know, your property has some unique irrigation challenges. Our guys have everything dialed in and we are confident that we will be able to get the grass looking much better.

Thanks and have a great day!
