It has been brought to our attention that there was an error on the budget letter sent to homeowners. The budget letter states the HOA dues are increasing to $185.50. This is incorrect, the dues are increasing to $180.50 Attached is the updated letter and budget. We apologize for the error. Happy Thanksgiving!

To Brittany Lane Unit Owners,   The Brittany Lane pool is open for use at your own risk! In conjuction with Governor orders there is a sign at the pool entrance and it is advised that all who use the pool maintain social distancing. If you do not feel well, please do not use the amenities, check with a health professional, and refrain from using the common amenities until you are feeling better.  Residents and guests to the pool should take care to wash their hands frequently, especially after using the public common amenities. We encourage everyone to sanitize their own area before and after using the pool, pool furniture, and other areas where the community amenities are shared.   If you rent your home, please advise your tenants of the rules and cautions for using the common areas.  We wish everyone a safe and happy Summer.
